The structures also include shared amenities such as lobbies, fitness centers, and laundry rooms. With safety as a top priority, the sprinkler system is tailored to provide full fire protection coverage, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and local fire codes while enhancing the safety of residents and property.
The sprinkler system will feature individual zoning for each unit, common areas, and utility spaces, ensuring rapid and efficient water distribution in case of a fire. High-efficiency, concealed sprinkler heads will maintain the aesthetic appeal of the modern interiors, while the integration of advanced alarm and monitoring systems ensures swift emergency response. The project also includes dry-pipe sprinklers in unheated areas like parking garages and mechanical rooms, providing comprehensive protection throughout the buildings.
